About No Bloat
Certified meals, created to make life easier for people
navigating IBS, bloating and digestive sensitivity.
FOOD SHOULD NOT FEEL LIKE HARD WORK
No Bloat was created for people who are tired of second-guessing every meal.
For too many people, eating becomes a cycle of guesswork, label-reading, discomfort and lost spontaneity. You try to be careful. You do your research. And you still end up wondering whether a particular meal will throw the rest of your day off course.
We built No Bloat around a simple idea: food can be convenient, genuinely flavourful and far easier to live with when your digestion needs more predictability. Our meals are designed to take away friction, not add to it. That means clear standards, real ingredients, straightforward preparation and a product people can keep on hand for work, travel, long days, or the moments when cooking from scratch simply is not realistic.
BECAUSE NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN EATING WELL AND FEELING WELL.
NOT SURE WHERE TO BEGIN?
You can start by exploring the meals, or go deeper into the science first.

Built around Low FODMAP understanding, not fear
No Bloat sits within the Low FODMAP space because that is where many people begin to make sense of what does and does not agree with them.
FODMAPs are fermentable short-chain carbohydrates found in many everyday foods. Many people tolerate them without difficulty, and for those people, high FODMAP foods remain a healthy part of a varied diet. But for others, those same foods can contribute to digestive symptoms that make daily eating feel harder than it should. The Low FODMAP diet, pioneered by Monash University, provides a structured framework for understanding what is and is not well tolerated, and for gradually reintroducing variety in a way that is guided rather than guesswork.
That is why the Monash layer matters. No Bloat meals have been independently certified within that framework. For customers, that means less uncertainty and more confidence. For the brand, it means the science is there to support the promise.
We are not here to make food feel clinical or intimidating. We are here to make the journey feel clearer, more practical and far easier to use in everyday life.

SUBSCRIBEHeather had been vegan for over thirty years. She thought she had it figured out. Then, a decade ago, a slow-building crisis took hold. A leaking appendix went undetected for years because undigested food was obscuring every scan, eventually bursting and destroying the microbiome she had spent a lifetime building.
The years that followed were a gauntlet of Lyme Disease, extreme IBS, and a gallbladder removal. When specialists discovered the extent of the damage, they recommended the removal of half her colon and told her she would likely live with a stoma bag.
Heather said no
What she did instead was what she has always done: ask harder questions, challenge accepted ‘plaster-over-the-issue’ answers, and go looking for a practical solution. She spent three years on liquid food while simultaneously breaking a Guinness World Record in skiing, bringing that same relentless determination to understanding what her gut needed to heal.Years of testing with the Functional Gut Clinic led Heather to a breakthrough: she had a total intolerance to fructans and mannitol. It was a revelation that challenged conventional wisdom. While the world preaches ‘more fibre’ as a digestive cure-all, Heather discovered that for many, that same advice is a recipe for pure agony.
That process led her into the science of FODMAPs, into collaboration with clinical researchers, and ultimately into creating the meals she wished had already existed.
That is No Bloat
With 40% of people in the UK suffering from severe digestive issues and living on antacids, Heather knew the status quo had to change. No Bloat isn't a trend-led product; it is a real answer to a real problem, built for people who have run out of patience with food that keeps letting them down.Heather understands what it feels like to be uncomfortable, frustrated, and fed up with food becoming a source of risk rather than pleasure. That lived experience sits at the centre of every decision No Bloat makes.
Trust matters more when food is tied to daily comfort. That is why No Bloat does not rely on one story or one claim.
First, there is Monash University Low FODMAP Certification™: the recognised benchmark that people navigating IBS and digestive sensitivity already know. No Bloat meals are independently certified within that framework: not self-certified, not category-led, but properly tested.
Then there is the endorsement of The Functional Gut Clinic: the UK's leading specialist digestive health clinic. The Clinic does not ordinarily put its name to food products. No Bloat's meals were the first they had ever tested and found to produce no negative gut reactions. That is not a marketing line. That is a clinical finding from the people who see the hardest cases every day.
And there is the backing of Dr Michael Klaper, a physician with decades of experience in plant-based nutrition, who assessed the meals and offered a simple summary:
Those trust markers sit alongside something more practical: meals that are straightforward to prepare, made from real ingredients, ambient-storable without preservatives, and flavourful enough that people want to eat them again and again.

Digestive sensitivity often intensifies during this period. No Bloat offers a practical, low-friction option at a time when food choices feel more complicated than they used to.
Plant-based eaters, and people who are simply curious
No Bloat happens to be 100% plant-based, but the product is not positioned exclusively for vegans. It is for anyone who wants more convenience, more confidence and fewer unpleasant surprises.
Travellers and people on the go
Ambient storage, long shelf life without preservatives, and preparation that requires only hot water. No Bloat goes where other gut-friendly options cannot.
