No Bloat - Meet Your New Freezer Obsession
31 JULY, 2026

Meet Your New Freezer Obsession: 4 Craveable, Gut-Friendly Classics from VBites & No Bloat

Now for some news that has been getting us really excited at No Bloat. Alongside VBites, we are thrilled to launch four fantastic new additions to the range, each one clinically certified gut-friendly. This is what No Bloat has always been about: giving people delicious, exciting food that is kind to their gut. Great food, no compromise.

VBites have been making vegan food in the UK since 1993, producing over 140 products sold across 24 countries. That three decades of manufacturing expertise, combined with No Bloat’s commitment to independent clinical certification, means you are getting something that simply has not existed until now: convenient, versatile frozen food you can build whole meals around, grab as a quick bite, or pair with your favourite No Bloat pouches, all without a moment of worry about what it will do to your digestion.

When we say clinically certified, we mean it. Every one of these has been independently laboratory-tested by Monash University and carries their Low FODMAP Certified™ badge. That is the same research team that identified FODMAPs as a key trigger for IBS symptoms and developed the Low FODMAP diet as a structured treatment. That is the highest standard of FODMAP testing available, and it means you can eat with confidence.

Meet the Exciting New Range

Our Breaded ‘Prawns’ are crunchy, golden bites with a succulent centre and rich savoury depth. Their coating is built from rice flour, potato starch, and garam flour. They contain 212 kcal per 100g, 4.6g of fibre and are certified Low FODMAP at a single serving of 80g (approximately 4 pieces). They are ready to eat from frozen in as little as 6 minutes by pan fry, or 10 minutes via oven or air fryer.

The Breaded ‘Calamari’ are golden, crispy rings with a tender centre, seasoned with a warm blend of paprika and turmeric. They are wonderfully light at 212 kcal per 100g, with 5.2g of fibre and only 1.6g of saturated fat. The Low FODMAP serving is 80g (approximately 4 pieces) and they are ready from frozen in 10 minutes via oven or air fryer.

Try our Breaded ‘Fishfingers’, composed of a golden, crunchy shell with a soft, tender interior and gentle savoury warmth. Exceptionally low in sugar (0.5g per 100g) and salt (0.9g per 100g), making them a genuinely mindful choice for everyday family meals. Their Low FODMAP serving is 80g (approximately 4 pieces). They are ready from frozen in 10 minutes via oven or air fryer.

And last but not least is the ‘Bacon’ Cubes. These are smoky, deeply savoury cubes built on a pea protein base. They are a serious nutritional addition to any meal with 26g of vegan protein per 100g while remaining extremely low in carbohydrates at just 3.5g per 100g. The Low FODMAP serving is 45g (one-third of a pack) and they are ready from frozen in 3 to 5 minutes in the pan, or 5 minutes in the air fryer.

All four are 100% vegan, free from artificial colours, preservatives, and flavours, and manufactured using gluten-free ingredients (produced in a facility that handles gluten and soy).

The Centrepiece of a Gut-Friendly Meal

One of the things we are most excited about is how naturally these work as the centrepiece of a gut-friendly, no compromise meal, built entirely from foods that are confirmed Low FODMAP safe. Let us show you some of our favourites ways to prepare them:

Breaded ‘Prawns’ with new potatoes and steamed green beans. Pan fry the prawns for 6 minutes, boil a handful of new potatoes, steam some green beans, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. A complete, satisfying dinner in under 15 minutes. Everything on that plate is certified or confirmed safe.

Breaded ‘Fishfingers’ with gluten-free bread, fresh lettuce, and a smear of Dijon mustard. A proper fishfinger sandwich, built for sensitive digestion. Use a gluten-free sourdough or any confirmed Low FODMAP bread. Simple, nostalgic, and completely worry-free.

‘Bacon’ Cubes scattered through a rice pasta with roasted courgette and cherry tomatoes. Pan fry the cubes for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crispy, toss through cooked rice pasta with roasted veg and a drizzle of garlic-infused olive oil (the fructans in garlic do not leach into oil, making it a safe way to enjoy garlic flavour). That is 26g of protein per 100g of cubes doing the heavy lifting in a meal that took minutes to assemble.

Breaded ‘Calamari’ with rice noodles and a Low FODMAP dipping sauce. Air fry the rings until golden, serve alongside plain rice noodles dressed with a splash of soy sauce, sesame oil, and a squeeze of lime. A light, satisfying plate with a serious crunch.

Every single ingredient in these suggestions is confirmed Low FODMAP at standard serving sizes. No research required. No label-reading. No guesswork.

Paired with Your Favourite No Bloat Meals

If you already know and love the No Bloat freeze-dried range, these new additions open up a whole new way to eat them. Scatter, stack, and build bigger plates without a second thought.

Breaded ‘Calamari’ alongside a bowl of Mushroom & Edamame Ramen. Crispy rings dipped into that deep umami broth. Two textures, one completely certified meal.

‘Bacon’ Cubes over a Pasta, Lentil & Vegetable Bolognese. Pan fry until golden and scatter straight over the top. Instant smoky depth, serious protein boost, and a meal that now feels like two courses worth of satisfaction from one pouch and a handful of cubes.

Breaded ‘Prawns’ on the side of a Tofu Katsu Curry & Rice. Crispy golden bites next to rich coconut curry sauce. It turns an already great meal into something that feels restaurant-level.

Breaded ‘Fishfingers’ with a Lentil, Tofu & Vegetable Hash. The hearty, paprika-rich hash paired with golden fishfingers makes for proper comfort food with zero compromise on gut safety.

Now You Really Can Have It All: A Gut-Friendly, Protein-Packed Feast from Kettle and Air Fryer in 10 Minutes!

The freeze-dried meals are ready in 8–10 minutes. The frozen range cooks in 10 minutes or less. Time them together and you have a full, varied, completely certified plate without ever opening a recipe book.

It’s as simple as pouring boiling water from the kettle into your favourite No Bloat pouch, tossing your VBites protein into the air fryer, and walking away. Exactly 10 minutes later, you have a complete, gut-friendly feast with zero active cooking and zero pots to wash. We know after a long day’s work you don’t want to spend more time labouring over the stove, but that doesn’t mean you have to eat something insubstantial. With the No Bloat and VBites combo, it couldn’t be any easier to prepare a well-rounded, nutritious and filling dinner.

Convenience Without the Compromise

According to the British Dietetic Association, dietary management is a primary approach for reducing IBS symptoms, but it only works if it is sustainable in real life. That means having options that fit the way people actually eat: quickly, flexibly, and without requiring a nutrition degree to navigate safely.

These are cooked from frozen. No defrosting. No planning ahead. Keep them in the freezer and they are ready whenever you are: a quick lunch, a last-minute dinner, something to grab when the idea of cooking from scratch is simply not happening today.

The certified Low FODMAP serving sizes are generous (80g for the breaded range, 45g for the cubes), and at those servings you are getting meaningful nutrition. This is real food doing a real job in your day.

Build Your Bundle

We know from experience that bundles are how most people prefer to shop No Bloat, and we would encourage you to think of these the same way. Pair them with the meals you already love, stock your freezer with a mix of all four, and you have a complete rotation of certified gut-friendly food covering every situation: quick lunches, proper dinners, sides, or standalone bites.

Why not build your own bundle and pair the frozen range with your favourite No Bloat meals? One delivery, your whole week covered.
