Ready in just 8 minutes Just pour in 150ml of water.

Add 150ml boiling water to the pouch. Stir well with a fork.
Re-seal and leave to stand for 8-10 minutes.
Stir again before serving.

Add 15-30ml (1-2 tbsp) more boiling water if required for desired consistency.

One serving of this product can assist with following the low FODMAP diet. A strict low FODMAP diet should only be commenced under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

The No Bloat meals do have some FODMAPs present, however they are safely low FODMAP at their recommended serve (hence their certification).

Also, it is okay to consume some low FODMAPs whilst on the elimination phase of the diet – it is a “low” and not a “no” FODMAP diet.
